When you fill out a form, book a Health Check, email, or call, you may share name, work email, phone, company, employee count, and a description of your IT issue. Active engagements may require additional information needed to deliver the work.

Automatic data

We collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, pages visited) and analytics events (page views, anonymized session metadata) via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics. We do not use these to identify individuals.

2. How we use it

• To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver Health Check reports.
• To provide, manage, and improve our services for active clients.
• To send transactional communications (booking confirmations, reminders, deliverables).
• To monitor site performance and improve content.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers as of this update.

3. How we share it

We share information only with vendors that help us operate the business — for example, our hosting provider (Vercel), CRM (GoHighLevel), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics). Each operates under their own privacy terms.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

4. Data retention

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by tax, accounting, or contract law.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@prestoneastsolutions.com. You can also opt out of non-transactional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

6. Security

We follow security best practices — encryption in transit, principle of least privilege on internal systems, and regular review of vendor access. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
